1. Introduction

curioustudios is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy outlines the collection, use, and protection of information by the Stytsko bot within Discord Guilds.

2. Collection and Use of Information

2.1. Data Collection and Processing

Stytsko collects and stores messages from Discord Guild users. This data is stored on a combination of private servers and servers from hosting partners. The collected information is used to form a Database specific to each Discord Guild, which is utilized for the bot's functionality and may include determining the primary languages of the user and the Discord Guild. This information may be used for localization, advertisement purposes, and the generation of "Stytsko Wrapped," which provides analytical insights such as word count and message frequency.

2.2. User Consent

By interacting with Stytsko, users consent to the collection of anonymous data, which includes but is not limited to the number of interacting members, messages collected, words collected, and messages outputted by the bot. This data is collected both globally and per Discord Guild.

2.3. Metadata and Database Access

When collecting messages, Stytsko may also store metadata related to these messages. The Databases formed are exclusive to each Discord Guild and are not accessible to other Discord Guilds.

3. Storage and Protection of Information

Information is stored securely, and curioustudios takes measures to protect it from unauthorized access. The integrity and security of the data are paramount.

4. User Rights

Users have the right to opt out of data storage and can request the deletion of their information by contacting curioustudios. Discord Guild owners can delete all messages and the Database of their server and have the right to export their Database. In cases of probable cause, curioustudios reserves the right to limit usage of Stytsko or review its usage and Databases.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

curioustudios reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the curioustudios' website or through notification to users.
